The Worldwide Rosary will be broadcast on 7th October, the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, at 3pm from the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary and St. Dominic, the Rosary Shrine, Camden. It is a Dominican Priory, and the event will be attended by Fr. Lawrence Lew OP, the General Promoter of the Rosary.
It will be broadcast to all 93 Radio Maria stations worldwide, which have a collective reach of up to 500 million listeners.
This is the first time the Worldwide Rosary will be broadcast from England. Attendees are encouraged to sign up here: https://tinyurl.com/ycxdand5
The rosary will be led in various languages, including Ukrainian. There will be music sung by the Rosary Shrine Singers, directed by Anna Fleischer.
It will be preceded by Mass at Tyburn at 11am, followed by a walk to the Rosary Shrine, stopping at St. James’ Spanish Place, praying for the intercession of the 40 English martyrs. The walkers will stop for a packed lunch on Primrose Hill, and participants are encouraged to bring their own picnic.
After the rosary, tea and coffee will be provided, with the opportunity to build friendships with Catholics from across London.
Radio Maria England was founded in 2019 and is steadily growing, with studios in Cambridge and at the Rosary Shrine in London. It broadcasts a mixture of interviews, reflections, prayer, music, and catechesis.
